I’ve been in the health and fitness field for 15 years.  I’ve done everything from heavy lifting, intermittent fasting to starting my very own meal prep service! So, let’s just say I know the key to successful and happy, healthy living!

Often times, I’m asked “How do you lose weight fast?” I could definitely give you some tips, BUT I’d rather teach you HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT THAT NEVER COMES BACK! While it may sound like I’m about to overwhelm you with steps and tips, I’m not because it’s simple. CONSISTENCY! That’s it! That’s all!

Figure out what you can do and what works better for your lifestyle and your family. Start slow…consistently do that and you’ve won! No recipes with 100 ingredients, vegan lifestyle is not necessary and 3 hours a day at the gym isn’t going to do it.  The key is good green and lean choices all day, CONSISTENTLY!  You’ll reach your goals and maintain a healthy, full, happy lifestyle!
