With Valentines Day having just passed, relationships are getting a much needed boost.  Those of us who enjoy gifts and quality time are probably still soaring high.  But, the question becomes how can we maintain the momentum so that we aren’t disappointed when the holiday mood dissipates?

Something that is happening for my husband and I is working out together.  Last week, we began going to the gym together.  We’ve been married for almost 20 years and this is a first!  I enjoy running and so, typically, I run in the early mornings with my running buddies.  However, carving out time to workout together has been so rewarding and helps us enjoy time to ourselves before our day begins.  This is just one small thing that is helping maintain momentum in our marriage.
